Twin Needle curtain tape attaching

Twin needle, needle feed machine set to 65mm needle gauge for attaching curtain tape. The machine is complete with puller feed, tape guides and folders and is supplied on a standard height, unit stand.

Blindstitch machines

We offer a full range of Blindstitch machines, all of which offer the following facilities:
Skipstitch, 2 - 1 and 1 - 1.

A full range of folders are also available including a double head folder for the manufacture of curtains. This folder has a 3" bottom hem folder and a ¾" side hem folder, mounted on the same base for speed and efficiency.

All machines can be supplied with a close coupled puller feed.

Automatic blind spot tack machine

Used for sewing blind spot tacks on mitred corners on curtains or blind spot tacks on ties. The mechanical knives, clutch and stopping mechanism have been removed to allow pre-determined stitch count programming. Machine fitted with pneumatic start and fully automatic stitch count, thread trimmer, thread wiper and bed drop.

V92 PIPER RUFFLER

The Brother V92 top feed five thread piper ruffler overlock. Used in the production of curtains. The machine will sew the piping cord into the binding, attach to the body fabric and ruffle in one operation. Maximum pipe is 5mm with top and bottom feed dogs feeding both sides of the  pipe for the ultimate finish.
